DELIVERY COSTS :
We normally use Royal Mail for UK orders. Usually this takes 2-3 working days to arrive with you (after we have posted your order). Once goods are posted by us, any delays will be outwith our control. If any delay occurs (beyond 5 working days after you have been informed that your order has been shipped), please contact us by email.
We will then check that you have given us the correct delivery address (as defined on the Royal Mail website). We cannot be held responsible for any lost order if you have given us the wrong address.
If the address is correct, we will then ask you to check with your local Post Office / Royal Mail collection depot if the order is there.
Current rate for standard Royal Mail post is £2.95 flat rate for all purchases. Some heavier products may incur a postage surcharge. Most purchases will be sent standard Royal Mail post. K9Centre reserve the right to send some multiple item and / or heavier orders by second class postage. Although postal charges have increased by up to 83% since March 2012 - we will try to keep our charges as low as possible for our customers.
Band 1 International goods are sent to Europe by airmail and are charged at a flat rate of £3.20 for all purchases. Some heavier products may incur a postage surcharge.
Band 2 International goods are sent to United States, and non-European countries by airmail and are charged at a flat rate of £3.85 for all purchases. Some heavier products may incur a postage surcharge.
Band 3 International
goods are sent to Australasia and distant countries (from UK) by airmail
and are charged at a flat rate of £4.65 for all purchases. Some heavier
products may incur a postage surcharge.
We will endeavour to despatch all goods that are in stock within 7 - 14
working days. If there is likely to be a substantial delay we will keep
you informed.
INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTIONS:
Note that some countries do not allow the importation of certain items within our range of products. Please check the regulations for your country before ordering as we cannot be held responsible for the confiscation of goods by Customs in your country.
Due to new weight and cost restrictions we can only send a maximum of one 50g bottle of Thornit to non-European customers
CURRENCY:
All prices shown in GB Pounds and include VAT (at a rate of
20%). Any prices shown in US dollars or Euros are approximations for guidance only. We use a daily updated exchange system and is for information guidance only. Charges from credit cards will be taken in GB pounds, your credit card company (or PayPal) may use a different exchange rate (if using a non-UK credit / debit card).
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
K9 Centre will endeavour to despatch your order within 7-14 working days. Some of our specialist products and gift items are imported from USA and Canada. In some instances, this may mean that delivery could take slightly longer to despatch.
DELAYED ORDERS:
K9 Centre cannot accept any responsibility for any delays once goods have been posted with the Royal Mail. If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you before despatch.
CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY:
Your order is placed using 128 bit encryption on secure server card authorization by SagePay. No credit/debit card numbers are stored by K9 Centre.
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the quality of our products. We cannot guarantee that a specific remedy will necessarily work with your dog as all dogs are individual and have different needs.
RETURNS:
K9centre cannot accept the return of any opened
remedies. We will only accept returned goods in their unopened condition, in
the original packaging, within 7 days. Cost of postage of returned goods will
be borne by the purchaser. Wrong orders or faulty goods in stock will be replaced
as soon as possible. Non-faulty goods may be subject to a charge of acceptance.

Canine Therapy Centre are signatories to the Data Protection Agency and we will not disclose buyers information to any third parties. Canine Therapy Centre keeps track of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store billing / delivery address. Our payment processors, Sagepay, use 128 bit encryption of all details.
