Arnica can be used where there has been a strain or injury to an arthritic joint. You should give one pill every hour, or if required, every half hour for up to 6 hours, then reduce to one, 4 times a day until condition improves.

Urtica Urens 30C

This homeopathic remedy is prepared from the nettle herb. Urtica Urens is the homeopathic first aid for insect bites, stings, burns or nettle rash. It can soothe itching, stinging and burning sensations. It is also used to increase milk flow in lactating females. In a case where there are insect bites or burns, give one pill every half hour for 3 hours or until relief is obtained. If it is to help lactation give one pill 3 times a day for up to one week. Remember, you should always seek veterinary advice for burns.
